INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES

The information on the use of cookies describes the types of cookies used by the website www.amaraterra.it (the “Site”), the purposes of the cookies installed, and the ways in which the user can select or deselect the cookies present on the Site and that use the services offered, and is issued pursuant to articles 13, paragraph 3 and 122, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Personal Data Protection Code”).

TYPES OF COOKIES

Given their particular invasiveness in the private sphere of users, European and Italian legislation requires that the user must be adequately informed about their use, that he expresses his consent and that the notification is made to the Privacy Guarantor.

– Third-party profiling cookies:
used by third parties who access the information in clear, therefore not in anonymous and aggregated mode, and cross-reference it with other data already in their possession.
The Site does not have direct control over individual third-party cookies and can neither install them directly nor delete them. DURATION OF COOKIES

Technical and analytical cookies installed through the site are temporary and are automatically deleted after 30 days from their installation.

 

Personal data sent independently by users through the tools on the site will be deleted after having provided the requested service or having responded to them, within a maximum of 120 days from the completion of such activity, with the exception of those necessary for compliance with tax, accounting and administrative regulations or to fulfill other legal obligations and to document the activities carried out.
