The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the terminals of users who connect to the Site, the MAC (Media Access Control) addresses, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
- Data provided voluntarily by natural and legal persons
Following the voluntary submission of data by the user (by sending emails to the addresses on the Site, entering them into the Forms and/or registering on the Site) AmaraTerra may process such personal data to respond to requests made by the user and/or to provide the requested services.
The Data Controller therefore processes in this context, when provided by the user:

- commercial information and data relating to your tastes and preferences.
- Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The data provided by natural and legal persons and collected by AmaraTerra will be processed for the following purposes:
- check the correct functioning of the services offered through the Site (processing of anonymous data);
- obtain statistical information on the use of the services and the Site: for example, most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.
- in the event that express consent has been given, for promotional and advertising purposes. In these cases, the consent given to the processing of data allows AmaraTerra to carry out profiling activities, make promotional offers and marketing communications, including personalized ones, both through automated tools, such as e-mail, and through traditional tools, such as ordinary mail or telephone calls via operator, relating to AmaraTerra products or services.
This processing therefore involves the analysis of the user's profile in order to determine his/her preferences and make the sending of promotional communications as targeted and of interest as possible. It is obviously understood that registration to the Site, to the various integrated services and/or to the newsletter may be cancelled at any time without costs to the user by following the instructions included on the Site and/or at the bottom of each communication received by the user; - in the event that express consent has been given, to communicate to third parties and/or disseminate the customer's identification and contact data through commercial information, market and socio-economic research, publication on the Site and on other AmaraTerra media channels, as well as to carry out profiling activities.
The legal basis for the processing of the data provided for the purposes mentioned above is the need to execute the service provision contract as requested by the user, the protection of a relevant public interest (public health) and/or the express consent provided by the user.
- Treatment methods
The data collected will be treated, stored and processed with electronic tools and will be stored both on computer media and on paper media, organized in databases, and on any other type of suitable media. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The data will not be made visible to other users of the Site and will not be disclosed; however, they may be communicated to companies, associations or professional firms that manage the Site, or that carry out customer requests. The data collected with reference to the purposes of preventing coronavirus contagion may be communicated exclusively to public bodies for any legal obligations.

In addition to the purposes referred to in point 2, the data may be processed for obligations and/or rights provided for by laws, regulations or community legislation, and by provisions of the Supervisory Authorities.

Any transfer of the interested party's personal data to countries located outside the European Union will, in any case, take place in compliance with the appropriate and suitable guarantees for the purposes of the transfer itself pursuant to the applicable legislation and in particular Articles 45 and 46 of the Regulation.

- Data retention period
The personal data collected and processed following navigation of the Site will be processed for the entire period necessary to provide the services requested by the customer.

The names of the subjects who may become aware of the data in their capacity as data controllers are listed in an updated list available at AmaraTerra (to be requested at the contact details indicated in point 6).
- Rights of the data subject
In relation to the aforementioned data processing, the subject to whom the data refers has the right to exercise at any time the rights provided for by the Regulation (articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21), namely the rights to: a) access personal data; b) request rectification, updating, integration, deletion, limitation or portability; c) oppose the processing; d) revoke consent to the processing of data and e) lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority, following the procedures and indications published on the website www.garanteprivacy.it.
